Team ROC Realty was founded by Utah native Josh Smith to provide expert real estate services to the residents of Utah. Josh’s passion for real estate inspired him to start a company that put its clients’ needs first in every step of the buying, selling, or renovating journey. With a background in finance and investment banking, Josh brought that expertise to the real estate market, advising clients on their best possible options in everything from sales prices, real estate investment options, and renovations costs. 

What started as a passion project has now grown into a successful team of dedicated, licensed realtors who serve their clients, whatever their needs. Some clients work with Team ROC Realty every step of the way: renovating an old home, selling it, and purchasing a new one. Others only need help in one area.
